- Social media platforms: Information that candidates make available on those platforms including contact information and professional qualifications.

We use personal information, in our legitimate interests, to provide our Services, including to identify, evaluate and contact candidates for placement. We may also use personal information in our legitimate interests to comply with our legal obligations and protect ourselves against legal claims or disputes.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information about candidates to the following recipients and in the following circumstances:
- Employers: We may disclose information about candidates to potential employers in connection with providing our Services.
- Affiliates: We may disclose information about candidates to our affiliates for potential placements.
- Service Providers: We rely on vendors and service providers, such as providers of hosting and cloud computing services, other IT services, and other administrative services. These third parties may have access to or process personal information as part of providing these services.
- Advisors: We work with various advisors, including tax consultants and legal advisors, with whom we may share personal information.
- Legal: We may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, public authorities or pursuant to the exercise of legal proceedings if we are legally required to do so, or if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or request, to enforce our terms and conditions, to prevent or resolve security or technical issues, or to protect the rights, property or safety of others.

- Request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we hold about them;
- Request that we delete any personal information we hold about them;
- Restrict the processing of the personal information we hold about them;
- Object to the processing of personal information we hold about them;
- Receive any personal information we hold about them in a structured and commonly used machine readable format or have such personal information transmitted to another company;
- Withdraw consent they previously provided to us regarding the processing of their personal information at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the individual withdrew their consent.
Please note that we may require candidates to verify their identity before we respond to their privacy request. In addition, we may have valid legal reasons to refuse a privacy request, and will inform candidates if that is the case.

International Data Transfers
If we transfer personal internationally, the countries to which may transfer this data may not provide the same protections as the data protection laws where the individuals are based. We will ensure that relevant safeguards are in place to afford adequate protection for the personal information we transfer, and we will comply with applicable data protection laws, in particular, where applicable relying on an EU Commission or UK government adequacy decision, on contractual protections for the transfer of personal information, or a derogation if available.
